The Black Needle store respects our customer’s account information as private and confidential information. We will never share this information with any outside afflictions or individuals.

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

 

Payment

The Black Needle store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express or regular account payments all through PayPal. All prices are quoted in US$.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store.

 

Customs Tax

Your local postal service and/or customs office may have additional import or duty tax applicable for import goods. Black Needle is not responsible for any additional costs associated with local import tax/duties upon receiving your goods.

Refund is not available for customs reasons.

 

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours maximum.

Made-to-order items will be shipped within 24 hours of completion.

 

Delivery Time

Black Needle ships goods WORLWIDE via SpeedPost (www.speedpost.hk) or Royale International (www.royaleinternational.com). Delivery takes 3 to 10 days, depending on the country and city.

Please note that delays due to customs have been already experienced when shipping to some countries.

 

Apparel Size Returns

If the item’s size ordered is not 100% to the customer satisfaction, it can be exchanged for a different size. Contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to organize a replacement. A size exchange is available only one time only. Customers are responsible for any costs in shipping back the original item to be exchanged.

RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN PERFECT UNWORN “TRIED ON" ONLY CONDITION. ITEMS THAT BEEN SOAKED AND/OR WORN CANNOT BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE.

No size exchanges or returns on sale goods, limited edition products and Specials.

Double check sizing and details before purchasing.

 

All sales are final. No returns for refund.
